The opening of duplicate Accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. 777pak employs device fingerprinting, CNIC cross-referencing, and payment method tracking to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicates are identified, 777pak reserves the right to close all related Accounts and forfeit any Balances held therein.
All information submitted during registration and at any point during your use of 777pak must be truthful, accurate, and current. 777pak accepts no liability arising from inaccurate or misleading registration information provided by a Player. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777pak Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 777pak will never proactively ask for your password via any channel. Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security is your sole responsibility.
4.2 Notification of Compromise. You must notify 777pak immediately — via the in-platform live chat — if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your 777pak Account. 777pak will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification.
4.3 KYC Verification. 777pak is required under its international gaming licence obligations to conduct identity verification. KYC documentation — comprising a clear photograph of your valid CNIC and a live selfie matching the CNIC photograph — must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal from your 777pak Account is processed. KYC is a one-time requirement per Account.
4.4 Account Currency. All 777pak Account Balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777pak does not currently offer multi-currency Account functionality.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the default Wagering Requirement applicable to all 777pak bonuses is thirty times (30×) the bonus amount received. 6.5 Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred. Only one bonus may be active on a 777pak Account at any one time unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms.
7.1 Each game available on the 777pak Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In all cases, the individual game rules shall prevail over any general description of the game appearing elsewhere on the Platform.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or interruption in service during a gaming session, 777pak reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the Player's Account. 777pak's determination in this regard is final.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777pak shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the 777pak Platform.
11.2 777pak does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or defect. Where service interruptions cause a gaming session to be terminated before its natural conclusion, 777pak's sole obligation is to return the applicable stake amount to the Player's Account Balance.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 777pak's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.4 The total aggregate liability of 777pak to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 777pak Account in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 777pak collects, processes, and stores personal data relating to Players in accordance with the 777pak Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including CNIC details, mobile number, and payment information — is used solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. 777pak does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request closure of their 777pak Account at any time by contacting the support team via in-platform live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal must be processed. Any Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
13.2 Closure by 777pak. 777pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:
